Collagenate absorbs best on an empty stomach with water. It can be taken right at bedtime, first thing in the morning, or anytime you have a 3-hour empty stomach. Our first recommendation is to try Collagenate in water on an empty stomach right at bedtime; so eat dinner at least 3 hours before going to sleep and do not snack after dinner. If that is not working well, then try Collagenate first thing in the morning, let it absorb for 30 minutes before drinking coffee or eating breakfast.
