She has been a fitness professional for over 16 years and teaches cycling, aerobics and step classes. Karla specializes in helping over-fat people in losing and keeping their excess weight off as well as helping them with proper nutrition. Her emphasis is on promoting products that are safe as well as effective. Long-term health is her primary concern.
Rick Jarrett, "Vigor," is a martial artist who knows about proper nutrition and works side-by-side with Karla on promoting health, and researching and investigating new products that work! He is an established actor and singer, with smooth vocal qualities that his fans liken to a combination of Nat King Cole, Al Jarreau and Johnny Mathis.
