Instructions: Take 1 Tablespoon (1/2 oz) Collagenate with water on an empty stomach once a day. Can be taken 2 or 3 times per day if needed.
Collagenate absorbs best on an empty stomach with water. It can be taken right at bedtime, first thing in the morning, or anytime you have a 3-hour empty stomach. Our first recommendation is to try Collagenate with water on an empty stomach right at bedtime; so eat dinner at least 3 hours before going to sleep and do not snack after dinner.
